Shipping Policy – Lakme Salon

Lakme Lever provides free delivery on all orders.

We attempt to process every order and ship it within 48 hours. Your order should get delivered within 3-7 business days depending on your location in India.
Delivery may take longer due to festivals & public holidays, delays on behalf of courier partners, political disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances. 
In addition to the above, owing to the COVID-19 situation , there could be some unforeseen disruptions/ local restrictions. Hence, no TAT can be adhered till the COVID-19 situation prevails.
With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive a follow up email containing the shipping details.

After your order is shipped, an email will be sent to you with the tracking number and name of the logistics provider. Visit the website of the logistics provider and enter the tracking number for your shipment details.

Our courier partners will make 2-3 attempts to deliver your package. Delivery times may be longer in such cases. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in coordinating for fater delivery.

Please do not accept a shipment that has been tampered or damaged in any way. In case you happen to accept such a damaged or tampered shipment, pls ensure you put a “Subject to Verification” remark on the Proof of Delivery (POD).
Also, kindly intimate us by sending an email on lever.care@unilever.com with the images within 24 hours of delivery. Please check our Returns Policy for more details.

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive of taxes. 

Availability to your pin code depends upon our courier partner’s service in your location and as a result, there may be certain areas that we will be unable to deliver.  

As a process, we will try and get products delivered to non-serviceable locations by tie-ups with local courier companies. If we are unable to do so, we will refund the full amount back to you after informing you on the same.
