Replacement & Refund Policy

Please do not accept a shipment that has been tampered or damaged in any way. In case you happen to accept such a damaged or tampered shipment, kindly intimate us by sending an email on add LLPL customer care email id within 48 hours of delivery along with the pictures of damaged products. After investigation, we will exchange the product within 15 working days (we will arrange for the pickup of the damaged product. On confirmation of pickup, we will arrange to ship the replacement product. The replacement product shipment will arrive as per the regular TAT with our courier partner). In case the said product is not available with us, we will fully refund the amount already paid ,upon return of the original item(s).

Kindly intimate us by sending an email on llpl customer care email within 48 hours of delivery. We will exchange the correct Product(s) with the wrong Product(s) within 15 working days (we will arrange for the pickup of the wrong product(s). On confirmation of pickup, we will arrange to ship the correct product(s). The correct product(s) shipment will arrive as per the regular TAT with our courier partner). If the original Product(s) are no longer available ,we will offer a full refund, upon return of the item(s) delivered due to error.

Products cannot be exchanged or returned for any other reasons except for the clauses (1) and (2) mentioned above.

In order for us to receive Products back undamaged we recommend that you return them in the original packaging. We reserve the right to withhold a refund or replacement under following conditions:

All items must be returned in the original condition with the product packaging seal, as sent and delivered by us.

Any item returned showing signs of wear or tear, used, altered, resized (by anyone / entity other than us), without the seal or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.

Shipping and handling expenses shall be at no charge to the Customer and the same will be arranged by us.

All requests for return of product must be placed within 48 hours from the date of delivery. No return requests after 48 hours will be accepted & processed.

All refunds will be made through online transfer within ten working days from day of request of such refund provided the above conditions are fulfilled.
