Jhakaas Retail Private Limited are authorised supplier (“Jhakaas Retail Private Limited”) who is licensed to use and operate the Website and supply products to customers using the Site. As a User of this Website and its services you are contracting with Jhakaas Retail Private Limited through these Terms.

Shoppers have to register and login for placing Orders on the Website. As part of the registration process on the Website, you maybe required to share information important for us to service you efficiently.

Jhakaas Retail Private Limited strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, however errors may occur. Jhakaas Retail Private Limited cannot confirm the price of the product until you make the order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to any technical error, Jhakaas Retail Private Limited shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been delivered. In the event a product is wrongly priced, Jhakaas Retail Private Limited may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If Jhakaas Retail Private Limited has to cancel the order after the payment has been processed, the said amount will be reversed to your credit / debit card account.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS PROVIDED OR OFFERRED ON THE SITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE AND AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF  Jhakaas Retail Private Limited. Jhakaas Retail Private Limited may revise and cease to make available any product at anytime. In the event, Jhakaas Retail Private Limited is unable to deliver the product to you on time or at all, you will be notified by an e-mail and your order will be automatically cancelled due to unavailability of the product or at your instructions due to failure to deliver the product on the expected time of delivery by our delivery partners. Jhakaas Retail Private Limited shall not be liable to pay for any damages in such an event owing to cancellation of the order or delay in delivery.

• Cancellation by Jhakaas Retail Private Limited - If Jhakaas Retail Private Limited suspects any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the Website, Jhakaas Retail Private Limited - at its sole discretion could cancel such orders. Jhakaas Retail Private Limited will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

The Scheme Enables The Customers To Pay Amounts In Any Of The Stipulated Slabs And Redeem The Same By Purchasing Products And Services (Subject To Exclusions Mentioned Below) At Participating Lakmé Salons Chains Within Stipulated Period.

The Scheme Is Run By Lakmé Lever Private Limited (“Llpl”) For Its Company Owned And Its Participating Franchisee Lakme Salons.

The Customer Agrees That By Purchasing The Scheme, The Customer Is Deemed To Have Understood And To Have Accepted These Terms And Conditions.

Duration:

The Scheme Is Effective From March 01, 2024 And Is Valid Till It Is Withdrawn. Llpl Reserves The Rights To Change/ Modify The Terms And Conditions Of The Scheme, Partially Or In Ful Or To Withdraw The Scheme In Totality Or Any Portions Of It At Any Point Of Time, Without Any Prior Notice; 5. Purchase Of The Scheme – The Purchase Of The Scheme Can Be Made At Any Of The Participating Lakmé Salons Pan India, Except The Ones Situated At Cci Club, Mumbai & Willingdon Club, Mumbai. The Scheme Can Also Be Purchased At Lakmé Absolute Outlets.

The Slabs Of The Scheme Can Be Changed By Llpl From Time To Time.

With Effect From March 01, 2024, Following Are The Slabs For Purchase Of Benefits Of The Scheme. All Slabs Of Membership, Except The Slab Mentioned At (A) Below Are Available For Purchase Till Withdrawal Of The Scheme.

1. Pay Rs. 3,000 And Avail Benefits Worth Rs. 3,500 (Inclusive Of Taxes)
2. Pay Rs. 5,000 And Avail Benefits Worth Rs. 6,000 (Inclusive Of Taxes)

Payments For The Selected Slab Will Have To Be Made In Single Instalment In Full. Payments Cannot Be Made By Way Of Redemption Of Loyalty Points, Gift Cards, Coupons Etc.

One Customer Cannot Purchase More Than One Scheme Membership.

Redemption Of Benefits:

• The Benefits Available Under The Scheme Are – Availing Any Of The Beauty Services (Except Make Up And Bridal Services) And  / Or Purchasing Products At The Participating Lakmé Salons (The “Benefits”).
• No Gst Is Levied At Time Of Purchase Of The Scheme As The Mode, Time And Location Of Redemption Cannot Be Ascertained At The Time Of Purchase Of Scheme. Gst Shall Be Levied On The Service Value / Product Price At The Time Of Each Redemption. The Amount Of Benefits Mentioned Above Is Inclusive Of The Applicable Gst.
• Redemption In Terms Of Purchase Of Products Cannot Be More Than 10% Of The Total Benefits.
• A Valid Computer Generated Invoice From The Participating Lakmé Salons Evidencing Purchase Of The Scheme Is Necessary To Redeem The Scheme Benefits.
• Benefits Can Be Availed Only By The Customer Who Has Purchased The Scheme.
• A Onetime Password (“Otp”) Sent To The Registered Mobile Number Of The Customer Would Be Necessary For Every Instance Of Redemption Of Benefits. Llpl Or Its Franchisees Will Not Be Responsible For Inability To Redeem Due To Non-Availability Of Otp Or Incorrect Otp. Payments For Such Services Which Are Availed But Not Successfully Redeemed Under The Scheme Will Have To Be Made In Full At The Applicable Prices And Will Not Be Covered Under The Scheme.
• The Benefits Of The Scheme Cannot Be Carried Forward And Should Be Utilized Within The Period Mentioned In These Terms And Conditions.
• The Membership Of The Scheme Is Not Transferable And Does Not Confer Any Other Rights On The Customer Than To Avail The Services And Purchase Products At Discounted Rates As Mentioned Above As Per These Terms.
• The Scheme Benefits Cannot Be Exchanged For Monetary Compensation Or Gift Or Other Offers;

Expiry Of Benefits:
